MSI Health will supply nurses & other staff to all our client Facilities allowing them to select the qualified staff that best suits their particular requirements.

 

MSI HEALTH will search and recruit registered and non-registered candidates as requested by the healthcare client. The candidates must meet MSI’S hiring requirements. The following forms and certificates will be provided to client:

1.     A Current candidate resume

2.     Completed MSI HEALTH application form

3.     Completed MSI HEALTH skills and proficiency form

4.     References – two professional references from managers or supervisors

5.     Verification of all the NCLEX, (USA) CNO license (Ontario)  and other healthcare licenses or certifications CPR, Mask fitting, etc…

6.     Verification for TB from the candidate’s GP or a medical facility

7.     Completion of a Police Clearance

From the very beginning MSI as a corporation has placed a high emphasis on having the technology and tools necessary to be competitive and successful in today’s marketplace.  From having the common-place in  memberships with many search engines to the advanced in purchasing cutting edge customizable database management software (CURA) we are capable of accessing our information and candidate base from anywhere at any time.  We have incorporated into our system a SQL (Sequential Query Logic) search engine that allows us to key word search the over 16,000 up to maximum of 5.000.000 resumes from Canada’s healthcare industry.  Within this same system and software we have adapted and modified it to also include over 63,000 healthcare companies across Canada.  This wealth of information allows MSI the ability to track, measure and analyze the results of our recruiting efforts through detailed statistics provided in real-time, thus benefiting our performance as a firm. 

 

Online Database

Each LTC home will receive a login and password to our online database. Within this database we have downloadable files, Candidates resumes, applications forms, Training system, Policies, government information. Along with CNO information, Government healthcare policies and Training programs.
